Now Hiring - Event Marketing Rep [Part-Time]
We’re making mead cool, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, welcoming Event Marketing Rep to help us spread the word about Royal Canadian Mead! You will become a face of the brand, introducing consumers to our crisp, dry and refreshing Session Meads at festivals, pop-ups and LCBO stores across Southern Ontario. We will provide full training on our products, events and performance expectations, so don’t worry if you’ve never tried mead before. Most people haven’t, which is what makes it so exciting!

Our Session Meads are crisp, dry and refreshing, the perfect companion to afternoons in the park, weekends on the dock or a summer evening bocce tournament. Naturally gluten free and made with 100% Canadian honey, our portfolio features seasonal fruits and gentle dry-hopping for a diverse flavour palette.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone friendly, outgoing and passionate about introducing customers to new experiences. You should demonstrate an ability to communicate key messaging in a fun and engaging manner, and sell people on why they should drink mead. You should have a passion for food & drink, and be comfortable working at events where guests will be drinking.
Job duties will include:
Representing Royal Canadian Mead in a fun, engaging way at some of the best food & drink festivals in the GTA this summer
Serving RCM product at beer festivals, food festivals, pop-up events and licensee samplings
Conducting guided staff tastings and product education for LCBO, bar & restaurant staff
Supporting sales and marketing efforts of RCM through customer education and soft sales
Setting up and tearing down festival booth or sampling station set-ups
Conducting in-store customer tastings at LCBO and grocery stores
Standing for extended periods of time
G driver’s license with clean driving record
Ontario SmartServe Certificate
Experience working in the beverage service industry is a plus
Must be available to consistently work evenings and weekends
